TCT planer knife lasts approximately 10 times longer than HSS knives and feature high-grade micrograin carbide that has been permanently bonded to a rugged steel body. This steel and carbide combination results in a knife that is super-durable and able to withstand the high speed stresses inside your planer far better than any other brand of blade out there. Using low cobalt soldering craft on planer knife and this makes it an outerstanding bending resistance. Our mature seamless soldering craft has no peudo soldering and craft linear cutting the tipped blade will not crack easily.
Tungsten carbide as blade of KWS brand plane knife adopts high hardness(HRC 90) and fine particles of alloy. Edge straightness erros <0.05mm, smooth planing surface. Every set of planer knives are counterweight, this can stritly control the tolerance with 2 grams.
