KWS-K6 pin drill bit adopts ultra-fine grain imported alloy, integral alloy cutter head welding, CNC machine tool sharpening, better heat resistance and coating thermal stability, and more durable than ordinary inlaid drill bit. It has good anti-sticking properties and smooth chip removal. Strong corrosion resistance and good adhesion to metals. High hardness, not easy to stratify, good impact toughness. After the steel body is heat treated and then subjected to petrochemical treatment, the deformation can be effectively reduced and the workpiece can be processed more accurately.
