PRODUCT DESCRITPION

The disposable spiral cutter head is divided into: heavy cutting spiral cutter head and light cutting spiral cutter head.
1. Spiral Cutter Surface: High-precision design and manufacturing technology will give away the rational arrangement of the blade and the four sides of the cutter, forming the smaller cutting face in the unit time.
2. Fast heat dissipation: The cutter body is made of aluminum alloy, which not only improves the heat dissipation rate, but also improves the stability of the tool and the structural strength of the cutter body, thus improving the service life of the cutter body.
3. Disposable Blade: The use of high quality small blades does not weld at high temperatures, which greatly increases tool life. When the blade is passivated, the factory operator can disassemble the blade by itself, which is easy to operate and saves time.
4. Sawdust is very small: It is cut in a spiral way per unit time, and the sawdust is very small. 
5. Small noise: Compared with flat knife, the noise value during processing is about 30db-50db less.
